RECOMENDATION ON USERNAME FORMAT
Dear Delegates and Participants of the 41st Annual Session of
THIMUN,
Welcome to our official Discussion Forum!
Before you proceed further, we would like to ask you to use the following
format for the username that you are about to register. This will improve the
overview and efficiency in general, as users would be able to relate posts to
the respective delegation or Student Officer.

Please check your registered email inbox for instructions.
MUN-Directors
We would like
to invite all MUN-Directors to register as “Director
Full Name”.
For example, “Director John Smith”.
Delegates individually appointed by the THIMUN Foundation
Please register in the format of “Function Group Name”, with the following
group acronyms.

recommendation is to register in the format of
“Country
Forum Name”.
The country code to be used is the 3-letter ISO code. Please refer to the
following document for the ISO code of your delegation:

Similarly, we ask you to register in the format of
“Delegation
Forum Name” using the name or acronym of your delegation, and the
acronym of your forum (refer to the list above).
For example, “UNEP GA4 Xavier”.
Should your username be deemed inappropriate in the working environment of the THIMUN
conference, an administrator will notify you by email, and have it temporarily
deactivated until it has been corrected.
